Microsoft Health & Life Sciences Developer and Solutions Conference to Feature the Latest Microsoft-Based Software Solutions

    What: The second annual Microsoft Health & Life Sciences Developer and

     Solutions Conference will feature Microsoft Corp. executives,

     customers and industry partners speaking on the newest solutions and

     innovations on the Microsoft platform for health plans, providers

     and life sciences organizations. Highlights include the following:

     -- ITNAmerica, a national nonprofit transportation network for

     America's aging population, will discuss its use of Microsoft-

     based technologies to implement a Software as a Service model to

     provide its local nonprofit affiliates with the technology needed

     to handle complex transportation logistics.

     -- Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and IntelliSafe

     Technologies will discuss the Physician On-boarding IntelliSafe

     Vault, an enterprise-level document signing solution that

     simplifies and automates the work related to creating legally

     binding documents and reduces the time it takes to create,

     negotiate, manage and sign agreements.

     -- Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Accent on Integration

     will discuss the Patient Safety Screening Tool for Sepsis (PSST),

     an innovative solution that leverages Microsoft products to

     detect early signs of hospital-acquired infections.
